Items must be paid in full; no refunds are accepted at this time.

If an item arrives damaged, notify us via soyvaliosajewelry@yahoo.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. You will have 5 days to return the item. Once received, it will be inspected, and we will contact you with the next steps. Depending on the case, a replacement may be sent (if available) or store credit provided.
